Daniel Chippendale
Managing Director
In 2024 Daniel was honoured to take on the role as Managing Director at Chippendale Projects, stepping into the shoes of Paul Chippendale and continuing the proud legacy of our family-run business, which has been trading successfully for 40 years.
Having started his journey with Chippendale Projects at the age of 16, Daniel has grown alongside the company, experiencing every aspect of its operations and contributing to its development and success.
Throughout his career, Daniel has had the privilege of working with and learning from a talented team of 20 dedicated staff members. Together, they have achieved remarkable milestones, driven by a shared commitment to quality and excellence. The Chippendale team believe in a collaborative leadership style that harnesses their strengths and creativity, fostering an environment where every member feels valued and empowered to contribute to success.
As we look towards the future, our vision for Chippendale Projects is to expand our reach while maintaining the personal touch and quality that define us. We are committed to exploring new opportunities and markets, ensuring we remain at the forefront of our industry while staying true to the values that have made us a trusted name.
Andy Heald
Project Manager
Andy is responsible for the comprehensive planning and management of all site projects. His role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure that all project aspects, from initial design to completion, are executed efficiently. He conducts regular site inspections to maintain health and safety standards and carries out full risk assessments on each project. Additionally, he communicates with the clients and contractors, to keep them informed about project progress and address any concerns effectively. When he’s not working, Andy enjoys playing padel, going on campervan trips, and socialising with friends.
Jamie Hacker

Jamie’s position is at the helm of Chippendale projects, assisting Daniel in the day-to-day running of the business with a particular emphasis on sales and business development. He also oversees projects from conception through to completi

Mark Stapleton
Project Manager
With over 35 years of experience in the construction industry, Mark commenced his career with Chippendale Builders Ltd in January 2009, initially taking on a joinery position responsible for shop fit-outs. Through dedication and hard work, Mark has progressed through the ranks, reaching the position of Site Manager and currently serves as Project Manager.
In his personal life Mark, enjoys wild camping, whether it involves an extended hike into the hills or a leisurely drive in our campervan, additionally he enjoys riding his motorbike.
Andy Jackson

Since 2000 Andy has been a dedicated employee of Chippendale Projects.
The diverse nature of his position, both rewarding and demanding, has provided him with a fulfilling career path.
In his personal life Andy enjoys cooking and spending time with the family.
Jane Stapleton
Finance Director
Jane plays a pivotal role in the company by meticulously managing all aspects of bookkeeping and accounts, ensuring that the financial records are accurate and up to date.
In addition to her financial duties, Jane is in charge of the administrative side.
In her spare time Jane enjoys karate, attending Leeds United football matches, embarking on campervan trips, walking, and socialising, which help her maintain a balanced lifestyle.
Sean Medlem
Manufacturing Manager
Sean plays a pivotal role manufacturing operations, ensuring that production not only meets stringent deadlines but also adheres to the highest quality standards. In addition to these responsibilities, Sean also supervises the workshop’s Health and Safety.
Sean is committed to the development of future talent, actively mentoring apprentices and imparting valuable industry knowledge and skills.
At home Sean enjoys home improvement projects, additionally, he finds time to bake, often treating his six grandchildren to delicious homemade goodies.
Raed Ghosal
Cad Technician/ CNC Operator)
Raed joined Chippendale Projects in 2019 and holds the position of Joiner/Cad Technician, Designer/CNC Operator. His responsibilities encompass a diverse range of projects, where he collaborates with the team to provide support.
In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, cycling, and sharing meals with family.
