Our manufacturing and shop fitting services include, spraying, edge banding, foil wrapping, and other bespoke manufacturing requests from clients.
We liaise with you every step of the way from project inception through to delivery to ensure you’re totally satisfied with the finished product.
Our dedicated manufacturing facility ensures we carry out the construction process in more controlled, cleaner, and safer conditions – significantly improving the overall project efficiency.
Construction sites are usually heavily congested, and even minor delays to one trade can have a notable impact on sequencing. While workers are tied up waiting for their chance to complete work on one building, other projects fall behind.
In contrast, our offsite production facility provides a safer and more easily controllable environment. We can fabricate modular service units in preassembled standard configurations to a clear and reliable schedule, unimpeded by the work of other trades.
Once completed, we can hold the sections in storage until you’re ready to receive them, helping to avoid programme clashes.
In addition, site waste is also significantly reduced as most of the detailed adjustment and fabrication work has already been completed.
